How to Get Started Using TSI Zendesk Support
If this is your first time visiting map-cc.com since the upgrade, just do the following:
- Visit the "Ticket & Account Request" page in the navigation bar at the top of this page.
- Fill out your request just as you would have before the upgrade.
- When you submit the request, an email will be sent to TSI Support with this information.
- You'll receive a link from TSI to activate a Zendesk account by creating a password.
- Once the new account is activated, look at the active tickets to track the progress. See the help manual in the navigation bar above to learn to use Zendesk.
- From that point onward, just go straight to TSI Zendesk Support for any further support needs.
